El Presidente is an established urbanisation offering many facilities one would not normally expect to find. The urbanisation is located just off the A7 (N340) coast road (which runs from Algeciras to Malaga and beyond), making it very easy to reach from both the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar (45 minutes from either). Please note that the swimming pool located outside the apartment is a quieter pool, the family pool is about four minutes walking from the apartment through the grounds. Apart from increasing your security (especially with young children), it also provides you with much more privacy.There is a beautiful private pool, 6 metres x 3 metres in size. The pool area has a Roman style theme, complete with statues and a waterfall going in to the pool. By the pool, there is a paved area for sun bathing with 4 sun loungers and a terrace area with barbecue, picnic table and chairs. The private garden has the benefit of the sun from morning until evening, depending on the time of year of course, but definitely during the Summer months and is perfect for sun worshipers! There is a gardener who will come in twice a week to do the garden and clean the pool. This may be on a Saturday morning or in the evening after 6.00 pm.
