El Presidente is an established urbanisation offering many facilities one would not normally expect to find. By the pool, there is a paved area for sun bathing with 4 sun loungers and a terrace area with barbecue, picnic table and chairs. The private garden has the benefit of the sun from morning until evening, depending on the time of year of course, but definitely during the Summer months and is perfect for sun worshipers!
